Full-time or part-time – Strictly commision based, the sky is the limit on the potential for earning. Work 2 to 4 days a week. Great position for the Vons part-time employee.
General Description:
Vons Credit Union a federally insured financial institution with over $260 million in assets is seeking Member Solutions Representative to service our main sponsor, Vons. His/her primary role is to educate Vons employees on the wonderful benefits and sign them up for membership and cross-sell additional products and services (i.e. direct deposit, Visa, auto loan, etc.). Our representatives earn an attractive sales commission based on products and services sold.
Responsibilities
- Educate Vons employees about Vons Credit Union benefits and sign them up for membership and cross-sell additional products and services (i.e. direct deposit, Visa, auto loan, etc).
- Assist our current members with any financial needs.
- Seek permission from store managers (or manager in charge) prior to walking the store, speaking to employees and replenishing rack.
- Submit paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
- Follow up with members as needed.
- Be sensitive to Vons Superior Service program and confidentiality.
Skills
- Self-starter, trustworthy, people person, motivated, well organized and flexible.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Ability to interact with store management and employees.
- A team player.
Current or former Vons Store or Supermarket experience preferred.
